Tini’s collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites or other online products or services (collectively, the “Services”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. For purposes of this Policy, the terms “Tini’s”, “us”, “we” or “our” refer to Tini’s, Inc. “You” refers to a visitor or user of ParentsPal or our Services.

This Policy applies to persons anywhere in the world who use ParentsPal or any of our other Services (“User” or “Users”).
Collection of Information
Information You Provide to Us
We collect both “Personal Information” and “Non Personal Information” about you. Personal Information is information that can be used to identify or contact you. Non Personal Information is other information that cannot be used to identify or contact you and is not linked to Personal Information that can be used to identify you. This type of information includes information about your activities while using the app, such as usage date, but only to the extent not linked to your Personal Information. We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, use the Services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, address, gender, birth date, health information, references, profile picture, payment method, and other information you choose to provide.
You may be able to access ParentsPal through Facebook. If you connect to ParentsPal through Facebook, we will collect, store and use any information you agreed Facebook could provide to Tini’s in accordance with this Policy. Your agreement allowing sharing of this information with Tini’s takes place when you allow Facebook to register you for a ParentsPal account or otherwise connect to ParentsPal through Facebook.

Use of the Services by Children
Neither our app nor our other Services are intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the app or in connection with the Services. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this app or on or through any of its features/register on the app, offer any children services through the app, use any of the interactive or other features of this app or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. Important Information About Platform Permissions
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time the Tini’s app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the Tini’s app seeks before you first use the app, and your use of the app constitutes your consent.

For instance, if we believe you have committed fraud or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may seek to resolve the issue before deleting your information.
Tini’s will comply with individual’s requests regarding access, correction, and/or deletion of the personal data it stores in accordance with applicable law.
You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, about Services you have requested, or our ongoing business relations.

California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Tini’s does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes unless you provide us with consent to do so.

WE TAKE THESE PRECAUTIONS IN AN EFFORT TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION AGAINST SECURITY BREACHES. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT SUCH INFORMATION MAY NOT BE ACCESSED, DISCLOSED, ALTERED OR DESTROYED BY BREACH OF SECURITY MEASURES RELATING TO OUR APP OR SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ASSUME THESE RISKS.
We may transfer the information described in this Policy to, and process and store it in, the United States and other countries, some of which may have less protective data protection laws than the region in which you reside.
